
Magdalena Kozłowska holds a PhD in Jewish Studies (2015). Her dissertation investigated the role of Tsukunft organization among Jewish youth in interwar Poland.
She also holds an MA from Jagiellonian University’s program in Jewish studies (2011) and an MA in cultural studies (2013) from the same university. She has been awarded several scholarships among others by YIVO Institute of Jewish Research and Vilnius University. Her scholarly interests range from the history of the Bund to the question of “orientalization” and problems of modern Israel.
She is a secretary of Polish Association for Yiddish Studies (since 2016).
